The House

With five bedrooms, three bathrooms, and generous living spaces, Yarrum Downs is ideal for large groups or multi-family getaways. The interiors blend ornate Victorian architecture with relaxed country living.

Bedrooms include:
• Master Bedroom One – King bed, ensuite with double gold shower and vanities, antique furnishings
• Master Bedroom Two – King bed, Victorian dresser, walnut vanity, carved parlor chairs
• Bedroom Three – King bed or twin king singles, vintage touches
• Bedroom Four – Two sets of double bunks, perfect for kids
• Bedroom Five – Queen bed, sleek dresser, cozy reading nook

There’s also a traditional formal lounge room featuring an antique furniture,  chess set and a miniature wedding chapel — a unique space for quiet moments or intimate ceremonies.

Living and Entertaining

The farmhouse kitchen is fully equipped with two fridges, a SMEG oven, coffee machine, and everything you need for home-style meals. Dine indoors or enjoy long, leisurely lunches outdoors.

For relaxing evenings, settle into the oversized lounge in the TV room with a 60-inch screen, or head to the rumpus room stocked with kids’ toys, board games, and an Xbox.

Outside, you’ll find a fantastic inground pool deck with countryside views, shady umbrellas, and room to stretch out.
